Our service begins with a discussion of your supplier audit objectives and the design of a supplier audit schedule and agenda which will achieve them. Once we have your audit schedule and agenda, we will schedule your audits with experienced auditors in your supplier's location to minimize your travel expenses. In most cases, our auditors will drive to and from your site, requiring only mileage expenses.

During the first audit, the auditor will, in addition to performing the audit, ensure that the audit agenda and schedule is appropriate to the supplier and make any recommendations for changes that seem appropriate.
